- Air Travel Assurance – If your itinerary includes air travel, Steve will perform in-depth research to be sure you are getting the best possible air pricing and scheduling.
- Quality Control Validation – Steve will ensure your vacation plans are accurate from start to finish including dates of travel, locations, name spellings, and other small details.
- Support & Connections – You will benefit from Steve’s experience and education as well as his agency supplier connections. These connections are valuable in locating favorable rates & benefits, and for resolving any issues that should arise.
- During Vacation Assistance – Steve’s support does not end when you depart for your trip, but continues while you are away.
- Concierge Services – Steve will arrange dinner reservations, limo or private car transportation arrangements, show ticket reservations, shore excursion arrangements, golf tee times, special events, and assistance with obtaining passports & visas where necessary.
- Vacation Price Monitoring – Steve will monitor your vacation experience for price drops or promotions that can be utilized to lower the price of your vacation experience. This does not guarantee that a lower price will be found, only that Steve will monitor your travel plans and attempt to secure any lower prices available.
